At GeoPostcodes, a fast-growing Belgian tech company, we are looking for a devoted Administrative Officer to manage administration responsibilities across the teams of HR, Finance and Customer Success. Main duties include managing payroll, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing financial and employee administration. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure the administrative activities of those departments run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Your Mission

  • Manage accounts receivable including follow-up with customers that are late on payments.
  • Administer payroll and payroll-related expenses in coordination with Geopostcodes social secretary.
  • Answer queries by employees payroll-related.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist in in-house or off-site team activities.
  • Office Management (supplies, correspondence, equipment).
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments and meeting rooms.

Job requirements

  • Loves to put the dots on the i.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management to handle multiple, varied tasks across departments.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll procedures.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook specifically).
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
  • Part time (4/5) or full time availability.
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus.
